Opening in August 2026, Summer Una is an exciting addition to Sri Lanka’s luxury villa offering.  A newly built three-bedroom beach house on Sri Lanka’s south coast, the property is positioned directly on the sands of Thalpe with a jungle backdrop, a short drive from Galle Fort, some of the island’s best surf breaks and a growing collection of excellent restaurants and cafés. 

Designed as a private, fully staffed retreat with a focus on wellness, the house combines clean, contemporary architecture with the slow pace of coastal living. The atmosphere is serene and understated, with polished concrete, wood and natural textures, paired with carefully considered local details throughout. The property is the second project by the owners of sister villa, Summer Ulu, in Uluwatu, Bali.

The villa features three generous bedroom suites, uninterrupted ocean views, a private pool and sun terrace, alongside a sauna and ice bath designed with guest wellbeing in mind - something unique in Sri Lanka’s villa offering.
